A modern cable and wire manufacturing company located in Zangiata District, Tashkent Region. A full production cycle — from wire rod casting to the manufacture of finished products in accordance with international and European standards. All products are certified.
Techno Cable Group is a joint venture that combines international cable manufacturing expertise with the potential of the Uzbekistan market. We manufacture cable and wire products that comply with both national standards and the international standards IEC, EN.
Our mission is to supply the energy infrastructure of Uzbekistan and the countries of Central Asia with reliable, high-quality cable products of our own manufacture, leading the way in import substitution.
The production complex is located in Zangiata District, Tashkent Region, and is equipped with modern machinery from leading global manufacturers. Annual raw material throughput — over 7 000 t of copper, 10 000 t of aluminium and 8 000 t of polymers per year.
The company has extensive experience in manufacturing cable products with various fire performance ratings (NG, NGLS, LTx, LSZH, FRHF, HFLS, FRLS), as well as versions for tropical and other additional requirements (UV - resistant to ultraviolet radiation; AT - with termite protection; AR - with rodent protection)
The full production cycle includes:
Wire rod is cast using the Upcast method - oxygen-free
Drawing copper and aluminium wire rod down to the specified wire diameter
Forming stranded conductors
Applying PVC, XLPE, XLPO and HFC (halogen-free insulation)
Screening by applying copper or aluminium foil/tape. Armouring by applying galvanised steel tape or aluminium / steel / wire armour.
Quality control in our own accredited laboratory
Techno Cable Group is one of the few companies in Central Asia where the entire production cycle is automated on the basis of two key industrial platforms: MES QM and SAP ERP. The integration of these systems provides end-to-end control — from the receipt of raw materials to the dispatch of finished products.
The entire production process and quality control are recorded online in the MES QM production and quality management system (manufacturing execution and quality management system).
Multi-level digital quality control is in place.
- Full incoming inspection of all types of production raw materials before they are released to the production process.
- Every production process step undergoes quality inspection.
- Acceptance testing of the manufactured products is carried out for every coil (drum/package), and every batch is issued with a quality certificate.
Real-time production management
MES acts as a “bridge” between the planning level (ERP) and the production equipment, providing real-time management of shop-floor processes.
Continuous monitoring of the parameters of every item of equipment – speed, temperature, tension, extrusion pressure
Every coil and drum of cable receives a unique digital passport – from the raw material batch to the test results
Automatic recording of deviations, blocking of non-conforming batches, logging of test results
Coordination of the drawing, stranding, extrusion and testing sections in a single digital flow
Integrated enterprise management
SAP ERP brings the data of all TCG departments together in a single information environment – from finance and logistics to production planning and HR management.
Planning of raw material procurement (copper and aluminium wire rod, PVC compound, XLPE compound), stock control
Creation of production orders, capacity calculation, optimal line loading schedules
End-to-end cost accounting for every cable type, controlling, budgeting, reporting
Customer order management, shipment creation, document issuing, integration with 1C and tax systems
Full digital product traceability “from wire rod to drum”, a shorter production cycle, minimised raw material losses, objective quality control at every stage and fast preparation of commercial proposals for customers.
Today the company manufactures over 4000 product items in 25 categories — from household PVS wires and SIP, signal wires, special wires and control cables, 6/10/35 kV power cables, to cables for high-voltage overhead power lines up to 500 kV (ACSR; AT1/2/3/4; AAAC-2Z; OKGT Ts/SA), including fire-resistant (FRLS), halogen-free (HF) and armoured versions.
All products have foreign equivalents under the IEC / EN classification, which allows them to be used in international projects.
Techno Cable Group products are supplied throughout Uzbekistan and exported to 11 countries: Georgia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Romania and Kyrgyzstan, as well as Switzerland, Turkey and Israel.
Supplies to markets with demanding quality requirements confirm that the products comply with international standards.
Techno Cable Group supports cultural, entertainment and sports programmes of pre-school and school education institutions, implements employee health and well-being initiatives, and takes part in the development of local infrastructure.
Localised production reduces the region's dependence on imports, while halogen-free cables (HF) and cables with high fire resistance (FRLS) and low toxicity (LTx) improve the fire safety of buildings and prevent the spread of fire.
