Techno Cable Group is a manufacturer of cable and wire products and copper wire rod — a plant located in the Zangiata District of Tashkent Region. The modern production complex turns out a wide range of products that meet the most stringent requirements.
The “Techno Cable Group” plant is an efficiently run enterprise — a manufacturer of a broad range of cable and wire products.
The production facility is located on a land plot of 80 000 m², with a production area of more than 30 000 m² comprising 17 production shops and 4 warehouse buildings.
The enterprise produces household wires, flexible cords and installation wires, self-supporting insulated wires (SIP), power cables for fixed installation with a rated voltage of 0.66/1 kV, including cables that do not propagate flame in bunched installation (category A), control cables, special cables for connecting solar panels, medium-voltage power cables up to 35 kV, all types of conductors for overhead power lines up to 500 kV and fibre-optic overhead ground wire cables, and also manufactures copper wire rod.
Conductors (made of copper and aluminium) with various types of insulation are produced on modern equipment, which ensures high quality and consistent product characteristics.
In-house production of copper wire rod – the primary raw material for manufacturing cable and wire conductors.
Wire drawing and stranding machines for producing copper and aluminium conductors of various cross-sections (0.2-800)
Extrusion lines for applying PVC, XLPE and halogen-free insulation to conductors.
Testing laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025: 85 test methods – electrical, physical and mechanical, and fire resistance.
The staff of the Quality Control Department (QCD) and the testing laboratory continuously monitor the stability of the production process for serial products.
