Electrical copper wire and wire rod produced by TCG
Copper wire and wire rod — semi-finished products of TCG's own production. They are made on an UPCAST melting furnace (Outotec technology) from M00k copper cathodes of the highest purity grade (99.99% Cu). Furnace capacity — 12 tonnes per day. TCG uses them to produce its own cables (ensuring high-quality raw material) and supplies them to other cable plants in Uzbekistan, Central Asia and the CIS. The category includes: round electrical copper wire Cu-ETP/Cu-ETP1 (soft MM and hard MT) and class 1 KMO copper wire rod.
