APUN is a single-core household wire with an aluminium conductor and PVC insulation, without a sheath. It is used for installation as individual insulated wires in protected ducts, conduits and trunking. Designation breakdown: A – aluminium, PU – installation, N – fixed.

APUN is a single-core aluminium household wire without a sheath. It is used for installation as individual insulated wires inside protective trunking, cable ducts, corrugated or smooth conduits. It is suitable where individual cores need to be routed along different paths or where a single core in an existing network needs to be replaced.
It is particularly convenient for wiring in surface-mounted trunking, where a common sheath is not needed. Cross-sections of 2.5-10 mm² cover typical household needs. When connecting to Cu terminals, Al-Cu terminal blocks must be used.
