Description of PUNP wire

PUNP is the most widely used and least expensive copper household wire for concealed installation in the walls of flats, private houses, domestic and public premises. The flat shape with two or three cores in a common PVC sheath is convenient for installation in wall chases under plaster.

It is used in networks protected by circuit breakers with low (lighting) and medium (household socket outlets) loads. A cross-section of 1.5 mm² is used for lighting, 2.5 mm² for socket outlets and 4-6 mm² for high-power consumers (electric cookers, water heaters). Connection to standard copper terminals without adapters. Service life with correct installation is at least 15 years.
