Electrification of the 465 km Bukhara – Miskin – Urgench – Khiva railway line
Electrification of the Bukhara – Miskin – Urgench – Khiva railway line with a total length of 465 km. The customer is Uzbekistan Railways JSC, with financing from the Asian Development Bank and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.
The project includes the construction of the overhead catenary system, traction substations and power supply lines along the route. The line is designed for speeds of up to 250 km/h.
