A 300 MW solar photovoltaic plant with a 75 MW electricity storage system. The facility occupies a site of around 522 hectares in Karmana District, Navoi Region.
The project company is Navoiy Clean Energy Technology LLC, and the investor is China’s Sinoma EC International (SINOMA). The investment amounts to around 260 million US dollars. In addition to the photovoltaic fields, the facility comprises an energy storage system, a step-up substation and overhead power evacuation lines.
